Description

Outpatient Dialysis RN

Role

Travel RN for Outpatient Dialysis.

Setting

  • Outpatient Dialysis at Joy Dr.
  • ESRD: chronic renal patients
  • Floating as needed to St. Albans and Berlin is required

Schedule

  • 9H day shift
  • Must be flexible with schedule; may work 8/9/10/12H shifts as needed
  • Saturday requirements
  • No call
  • Monday to Sunday
  • No block schedules for any reason

Required Qualifications

  • AHA BLS
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience
  • EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable

Preferred

  • Prior travel experience preferred

Additional Information

  • Bi-weekly orientations on Monday
  • Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
  • Reliable transportation is strongly recommended; public transportation is not accessible in this area
  • Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during November through April

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
