Overview
- Certified Surgical Technician role in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
- Contract length: 26 weeks.
- Shift: 06:00 - 14:30.
Role Summary
- Works under a surgeon’s supervision to support safe surgical procedures in the operating room.
- Responsibilities include preparing OR rooms, supplies, and equipment; maintaining the sterile field; assisting with positioning, prepping, draping, counts, specimen handling, and terminal cleaning; and following standard precautions and PPE use.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist experience.
- CVOR Technologist experience within the last year.
- 1 year of CVOR Technologist experience.
- BLS issued by American Heart Association.
- NBSTSA.
- Driver's License.
- License/certificate verification with primary source verification and a copy of the license/certificate.
- Social Security card.
- MMR immunization or titer with lab printout.
- Hepatitis B immunization or titer with lab printout.
- Varicella immunization or titer with lab printout.
- 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot).
- McLeod Profile.
- McLeod Skills Checklist.
- McLeod Criminal Background Check Results.
- McLeod Drug Screen.
- McLeod Confirmation of Assignment.
Preferred
- References are preferred but not required.

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful.
