Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Crossett, Arkansas
- 13-week contract
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arkansas
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- 1 year of ED - Emergency Department experience
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
- Competency Exam, as applicable by profession
- Background check within 1 year of start
- EPLS/GSA/SAM, updated annually
- HHS/OIG, updated annually
- Government-issued photo ID
- Emergency Contact Form prior to start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Rubeola immunity documentation
- Mumps immunity documentation
- Rubella immunity documentation
- Hepatitis B documentation
- Varicella documentation
- 9-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
- Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
- 2 professional references within 3 years of start
- Skills checklist, updated annually

Additional Notes
- Current-season flu vaccine exemptions require approval; approved exemptions require masking inside the facility
- Some states require state licenses for techs, as applicable
