Description
Physical Therapist
Overview
- Full-time contract role in Baker, Montana
- 13-week contract with a strong possibility of extension
- Schedule: 8-5 Monday-Friday
- 40 hours per week
Setting
- 95% outpatient
- About 5% LTC and Skilled Swing
Role Summary
- Provides individualized physical therapy, including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication
- Expected to work collaboratively with other health professionals and ancillary staff
- Should be adaptable and able to take and give suggestions
- Must be able to treat most patients that walk through the door
Housing
- Housing is not included, but a list of names will be provided at additional cost
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Montana
- Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
