Description

RN - SSSU/PACU

Overview

Contract RN role in Clarkston, Washington.
Start ASAP.
Schedule is 4 10's, day shift, with shared on-call rotation.
36 hours per week.
Contract length: 13 weeks.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
Phase II recovery care
Perioperative experience
Preoperative experience
Endoscopy experience
Infusion experience

Role Details

Nursing care duties include floating to the entire Outpatient Services area, including Day surgery, Endoscopy Lab, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Pre-operative Clinic, and hospital needs of conscious sedation for special procedures.
Responsibilities include nursing assessment, peri-operative education and care, and recognizing post anesthesia and post-operative complications.

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
