ICU Registered Nurse

Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Saint Marys, Ohio
• Start date: 11/30
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: rotating weekly days and nights; first week days, second week nights
• Hours: 36 per week
• Weekends: every other
• Floating: will float and ICU/SD unit as needed
• First time travelers accepted
• Locals not allowed
• Radius restriction: 50 miles
• Block scheduling can be discussed during interview

Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Valid RN license in Ohio
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
• ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
• Stepdown experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• Criminal background check within 6 months of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM
• HHS/OIG
• Fingerprinting within 6 months of start, with annual updates
• Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement
• State License 1 verification
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
• Competency Exam
• Photo for badge
• Confidentiality statement
• TB questionnaire
• Pre-employment physical within 30 days of start
• Tdap immunization within 10 years of start
• Negative TB or chest X-ray
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination between 10/1 and 3/31

Preferred Qualifications

• NRP
