PT Outpatient

Overview

Outpatient Therapy-Rehabilitation / Physical Therapist
Location: Creve Coeur, Missouri
Setting: Outpatient Hospital Clinic
Start date: 2/22/27
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks

Schedule

Day shift
Clinic hours: 7:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Schedule will be discussed with the candidate
40 guaranteed hours per week

Patient Volume

Daily patient load: 8
Productivity standard: 75%

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Missouri
Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience caring for joint replacement patients
Experience with post-operative shoulder surgery rehabilitation
Experience with general orthopedic conditions
Experience with low back pain management
Experience with cervical pain management
Experience with balance and fall prevention

Preferred

First-timers accepted

No on-call requirement
No weekend requirement
No floating within scope
No floating to sister facilities
No block schedule accommodation
Local candidates not accepted
RTO restriction: no more than 7 days

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
