MRI Tech
Overview
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Location: Orangeburg, South Carolina
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: 5x8s, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Role Details
- On-call: Yes, with rotation among staff members
- Weekend work: Possibly, if on call
- Float scope: Does not float within scope to meet facility needs or between like units/sister facilities
- First-time travelers: Not accepted
- Local candidates: Accepted on a case-by-case basis within 60 miles
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience
- BLS
- ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT
- Philips equipment experience
Preferred
- Block schedule may be accommodated by approval, but is not guaranteed
Additional Notes
- Radiation badge is not required for MRI Techs
- Epic is used for charting
- Free parking is available
