Pharmacist Inpatient
Overview
- Specialty: Pharmacy

- Setting: 100% inpatient
- Schedule: 7 on / 7 off, Monday–Sunday
- Shift: Day, 10-hour shifts (10:00–20:30)
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- License note: Missouri license pending is accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pharmacist license in Missouri
- Pharmacist (2 years of experience)
- Pharmacist experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
- ENPC
Required Health Documentation
- Negative TB or chest X-ray
- Rubeola, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation
- Flu vaccination or signed declination during flu season
- Seasonal COVID vaccination or declination
Additional Onboarding Requirements
- Candidate must sign the job description
- Candidate must review the parking policy
- COVID-19 vaccination declaration must be completed
- TB questionnaire required for positive TB
- Performance evaluation most recent and annually
- Facility modules may be completed before start or during orientation
