Medical Surgical Oncology RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Greenwich, Connecticut
- 13-week contract
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Works every other weekend
- Floats as needed
- 186-bed Magnet teaching hospital
- Free parking in any unrestricted space
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Connecticut
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Oncology experience within the last year
- Oncology (3 years of experience)
- Experience with Epic
- ACLS
- BLS
- NIHSS
- State license verification required within 30 days of start
- NURSYS verification required within 30 days of start
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam within 12 months of start
- Color Blind Testing Online
- Competency Exam
- Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam
- Physical Exam within 12 months of start
- Fit Mask Test within 12 months of start and updated annually
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
- TB Questionnaire
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B
- Varicella
- Drug Testing
- Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation
- References within 3 years of start
- Employment Application with 7-year work history and no gaps greater than 90 days
- Skills Checklist 1 within 12 months of start
- Work History Verification for last 7 years
- Application – Missing Information Tracking with 7-year work history and no gaps greater than 90 days
- Attestation of Prior Radiation Exposure
