1+ years of Ortho and Rehab experience

Job Details

Outpatient, inpatient, and home care physical therapy evaluation and treatment
PTA supervision
No LTC
Floating limited to Therapy, with possible float to other locations
8:00 AM–4:30 PM with some flexibility, Monday–Friday
Minimal weekend and holiday coverage required
All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
Scrubs or business casual attire accepted

Unit / Department

Nice outpatient department with wellness center
15-bed hospital

Additional Notes

Must be disclosed in submission if the clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health; if previously worked there, there must be an end date at least 6 months before submission
EPIC charting is used
Training for EPIC is provided as needed

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
