Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon
- Preoperative (2 years of experience)
- Preoperative experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic

- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Education verification
- International background check, if the traveler has held residency outside the US in the past 10 years
- Orientation Safety Manual acknowledgement

- Physical exam within 1 year prior to start
- Fit test on site
- Tdap vaccination within 10 years prior to start, or signed declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year prior to start
- Rubeola immunity documentation

- Rubella immunity documentation
- Hepatitis B immunity documentation, vaccination series, or signed declination
- Varicella immunity documentation
- 10-panel drug screen with methamphetamines listed out
