Required Qualifications
- Valid RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist license in West Virginia
- RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (1 year of experience)
- RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist experience within the last year
Health and Screening Requirements
- Background check required
- TB screening questionnaire required
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray required within 6 months of start; annual update required
- Drug screen required within 30 days of start and annually thereafter
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap required within 10 years
- Hepatitis B documentation required
- Hepatitis A antibody required within 6 months
- Hepatitis C antibody required within 6 months
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella immunity documentation required
- COVID-19 seasonal vaccine required; initial series preferred
- Flu vaccine required by 10/1 during flu season; approved medical or religious exemptions require facility approval

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful.
