- Registered Ultrasound Technologist, Obstetrics and Gynecology Sonographer, Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography, Vascular Sonographer or Registered Vascular Technologist (2 years)

Ultrasound Sonographer
Location
Weirton, West Virginia
Assignment Details
- 13-week contract
- Day shift
- 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week
- 3 ultrasound scanners/rooms
- No floating to other areas
- EOW
- May be asked to participate in holiday rotation
- No call or standby
- Department orientation: 5 shifts with a preceptor
Required Qualifications
- BLS
- WV License
- WV CARES required prior to start
- ARDMS and/or RVT
- OB and Arterial Extremity doppler experience
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- First-time travelers accepted
Clinical Responsibilities
- General US
- OB
- Small parts
- Vascular US, including upper and lower venous and arterial studies
- Starts IVs
Additional Notes
- Uses EMR-Community Works and PACS-Intellirad/Intelliconnect
- Siemens S2000 equipment
- Clean, professional scrubs of any color are allowed
- 50-mile radius rule applies
