Nursing Supervisor/House Manager

Overview

Contract assignment in Lincoln, Maine
13-week contract
36 hours per week
Shift: 3x12 nights

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maine
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
House Supervisor experience within the last year
2 years of House Supervisor experience
BLS
ACLS
PALS
TNCC
STABLE
ED - Emergency Department experience
Experience working with Neonate patients
Experience working with Geriatric patients

Preferred Qualifications

BSN preferred
Two years of recent progressively responsible leadership experience preferred

Role Summary

Serves as on-duty administrator for all hospital departments during evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours
Provides oversight of staffing, patient care, quality improvement, compliance, and emergency/disaster response
Supports medical/surgical, ED, and ICU patient care services
Demonstrates EMR competence and serves as an EMR resource for staff

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
