Travel Med/Surg RN
Overview
- Location: Carlsbad, New Mexico

- Shift: Days, 6:30a-7p
- Unit: General Medical-Surgical Inpatient Nursing Unit
- Patient ratio: 1:6
- Scope: General med-surg nursing duties with occasional non-critical pediatric patients on the floor
- Schedule notes: Floating and call required
- Scheduling: Blocked scheduling may be accommodated
- Hours guarantee: 48-hour guarantees may be accommodated
- Scrub color: Any color
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Mexico
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of Med Surg experience
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS
Preferred Qualifications
- ACLS
- PALS
Additional Notes
- Auto offers only; no interviews
- There is no on-call schedule for Med-Surg except for census flex call before the scheduled shift if census is low
