Overview

- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM–2:30 PM
- On call: None
- Department note: Department will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day
Required Qualifications
- Valid MRI Technologist license in West Virginia
- MRI Technologist (1 year of experience)
- MRI Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (MR)
- Experience with Siemens imaging equipment
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
- State License 1 Verification
- Competency Exam
- Proof of 2 clinical references
- Background check
- Drug screen within 30 days of start
- Physical exam
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
- Hepatitis A Total Antibody within 6 months
- Hepatitis C antibody within 6 months
- Hepatitis B documentation
- Rubeola (Measles) immunity documentation
- Mumps immunity documentation
- Rubella immunity documentation
- Varicella immunity documentation
- COVID seasonal vaccine or approved declination
- Flu vaccine or approved exemption during flu season
- N95 fit test / Fit Mask
- Orientation and annual education attestation
- Confidentiality agreement
- User ID and IT Access Agreement
- Attestation form
- TB screening questionnaire
- Hepatitis B declination form if declining Hepatitis B vaccination
- COVID declination form if not providing proof of COVID vaccination or updated 2023-2024 COVID vaccines

Preferred Qualifications
- Siemens XA software experience
- COVID initial series
Additional Notes
- RTO request: no more than 3-4 days if possible
- Facility modules must be completed within one week of start
- Onsite fit testing is required
- Candidate must create an account prior to start to clock in
- Male candidates must be clean shaven for respiratory fit testing
