LTC RN
Overview
- Contract role in Honakaa, Hawaii
- Long Term Care Facility on site of hospital
- Varied 8-hour shifts: Days, Evenings, and Nights
- Includes weekends and holidays; OT rotation may be required
- No guarantee of hours or shift preference
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Hawaii
- Long Term Care (2 years of experience)
- Long Term Care experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Responsibilities
- Assessments
- Treatments
- Medication administration
- Notify MD/NP of pertinent information
- Admitting and discharging
- ADL assistance
- Gastrostomy tube care
- Urinary catheter care
- Nebulizer treatments
- Wound vac care
- CPAP care
- Other assigned duties
Start Requirement
- Must arrive the Thursday before start for an employee health appointment on Friday
