Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Indianapolis, Indiana
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00-17:30
- 13-week contract
- First timers accepted: Yes
- Locals accepted: Yes
- Will float within scope to meet facility needs
- On-call required: 40-60 hours per 6 weeks, can vary
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
- 21 rooms
- Average daily census: 70-80
- Charting system: Cerner
- Scrub color provided
- Free parking
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- OR - Operating Room (1.5 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
- Ability to circulate
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrub preferred
Unit / Clinical Setting
- Core 3 & 4
- Areas include GEN, Plastic, GYN, ENT, trauma, Neuro and ortho, GU, Colorectal Robotics
- OR RNs need to be well rounded and current in most areas except CV & Transplant
Additional Notes
- Screen candidates with more than 2 years of experience if they have at least 1 year in Level 1 trauma experience
