Med Surg Registered Nurse

Location: Greensburg, Pennsylvania Employment Type: Travel/Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Shift Details

• Night (3x12): 19:00 to 7:30
• Day (3x12): 7:00 to 19:30
• Rotating nights and days. The role may accommodate nights only.

Candidate Restrictions

• Not open to local candidates.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
• Med Surg experience of at least 1 year, with experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

Onboarding

• Complete before start: orientation checklist, code of conduct, confidentiality agreement, disclosure statement, exclusion information form, pandemic attestation, and the patient assessment policy, interdisciplinary plans of care, skin integrity, mobility, and catheter training modules. The quizzes must be passed with a score of 100%.
• Signed job description required.
• Badge photo: JPEG format, solid background (blue preferred, white not accepted), clear head-and-shoulders photo, no sunglasses or hats.
