Schedule

• Shift: Night, 3x12 hours (Fri-Sun), 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• CT Technologist with 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
• ARRT (CT)

Background and Compliance

• Background check: 7-year criminal check within one year of start, updated annually, covering all locations lived or worked in the past 7 years, plus SS trace, county and nationwide checks, and sex offender and FACIS Level 3 checks
• Education verification of highest degree (diploma or transcript)
• E-Verify proof or attestation
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start, updated with each renewal or extension
• Work history verification within the last 3 years (non-clinical positions only)
• Two professional references within 2 years of start
• Employment application and resume

Health and Immunizations

• Physical exam with physician statement within the last 12 months (not required annually)
• Negative TB test (PPD, QuantiFERON Gold, or T-SPOT) within 1 year of start, updated annually; annual TB questionnaire accepted in some cases
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella: vaccine series, titer, or declination (exact options vary by test)
• 9-panel drug screen within 1 year of start (instant drug screen accepted); a new screen may be required onsite
• Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption, with flu season running 10/1-3/31; declinations are not accepted

Onboarding and Testing

• Onboarding policies and procedures pass/fail test (3 attempts allowed)
• Medication/pharmacology and specialty competency exams, required as applicable and updated annually
• Core training modules (HIPAA form or core testing accepted)
• Skills checklist, required for the applicable unit and updated annually
• Facility new hire clinical packet, orientation packet, and temporary associate profile, completed before start

Submission Notes for Recruiters

• Indicate in the submission whether the traveler lives within 50 miles of the facility (50-mile radius rule applies to local candidates)
• First-time travelers are accepted
