CT Tech

Employment Type: Travel/Contract Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology Location: Oregon City, Oregon Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule and Position Details

Shift: Evening, 3x10 hours (13:00-23:30)
Hours: 10 hours per day, 30 hours per week (0.75 FTE), part-time
Weekends: Required, Saturday and Sunday 13:00-23:30
On-call: Required, 1-3 call shifts per month
Block schedules: Required
Expected ratio: 1:1
Float between units: No
48-hour approval: No

Facility Details

Facility type: Short-term acute care
Total staffed beds: 109
Scrubs: Any color for all units, except OR, Critical Care, ED, and Maternal Child, where scrubs are provided
Parking: No fee

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
CT Technologist experience of at least 1 year, including experience within the last year

Software training: Complete EHR training modules within a week of orientation; transcripts only, certificates of completion not accepted.

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
