Required Qualifications

Active Virginia RN license at time of submission
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of experience in a hospital setting, including 2 years in the job's specialty
OR (Operating Room) experience of 2 years
OR (Operating Room) experience within the last year
ACLS certification
BLS certification
Scrub Tech
First Assist
Experience working with Neurospine patients
Experience with robotic surgery
Experience with orthospine surgery
Experience with general surgery
Experience with gynecologic surgery
Experience with ENT surgery
Experience with pediatric dental surgery
Orthopedics experience

Unit Details

Unit: Operating Room
Number of Beds: 4 OR rooms
Floating Policy: May float to Endoscopy if experienced
Procedures and Patient Experience: General, Gyn, Orthopedics, Neuro spine, ENT, Pediatric dental, and Robotics

Pros

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
