Exciting Opportunity with PediaStaff: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) in the Fairbanks, Alaska area.

We're currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) ($50-$55/hour) to support pediatric clients of all ages in the Fairbanks, Alaska area.

Qualifications: 

• Appropriate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Will need to get qualified with medical insurance companies
• Pediatric experience

Role Overview:
PediaStaff is seeking a skilled and passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our clinic, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families while enjoying a supportive and positive work environment.

Job Details:   

• Dates:  Looking for someone to work a 6-12 month contract position
• November start date! 
• Hours:    37.5 hours per week
• Setting:  Pediatric outpatient clinic
• In-person only

Key Responsibilities:  

• Conducting evaluations to assess each child's unique communication strengths and weaknesses. 
• Creating plans that implement measurable, achievable, and functional goals. 
• Offering treatment to enhance communication abilities through various approaches. 
• Working in a comprehensive care team to address a child's specific needs.
• Informing parents and families about available treatment options and the importance of early intervention.
