We're currently seeking dedicated School Registered Nurse – RN to support one Elementary student in the Chicago, IL area.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Current/Active Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Knowledge of child development, medical and mental health conditions, and treatment approaches.
- Understanding of federal, state, and local regulations governing school health services.
- Ability to coordinate services among schools, families, healthcare providers, and community agencies.
- Experience working with students with special education, behavioral, or mental health needs is preferred.
As a Registered Nurse you will oversee the health and well-being of students, act as a resource for health education and maintain student records and data for compliance purposes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday- Friday, no weekend or nights
- Dates: 9/7/2026 - 6/12/2027
- Hours:8am - 2pm, may also need to ride transport with student
- Caseload: 1;1 student on ventilator, with a TRACH, fed through g-tube, seizure disorder.
- In-person only
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide first aid and emergency care.
- Monitor students with chronic conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, seizures).
- Conduct contact tracing and illness follow-ups.
- Coordinate and communicate with administrative staff, teachers, and other related service staff as needed or IEP directed.
- Maintain accurate student health records.
- Ensure compliance with state health regulations and school policies.
