Description
Job Description
As a registered nurse - endocrinology lab (RN), you'll provide care for patients with endocrine diseases like Cushing's disease, thyroid disease or diabetes mellitus. Working at a hospital, physician's office or outpatient center, you'll collaborate with endocrinologists and the rest of the endocrinology care team. Your responsibilities may include monitoring patients, administering medications, catheters and IVs, drawing blood, recording vital signs and more. You'll play a critical role in educating patients, providing moral support, preventing disease and helping your patients regain health.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
- Active RN license
