Job Summary:
Operating Room Nurse located in Austell, Georgia. This role involves providing specialized perioperative care within the surgical department. The position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, Mon-Fri, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in a single state or an RN with a multi-state compact license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Red Cross or equivalent; completion of an accredited school of nursing with requisite clinical hours; less than 1 year of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: 3 or more years of operating room nursing experience; experience with direct patient care preferred.
• Additional Notes: Clinicians will float among various specialties and will have the opportunity to choose their own call dates. Candidates should expect 24-40 hours of call in a 4-week scheduling period, with call assignments self-selected in a randomized order.
