Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Nurse specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology at a rural healthcare facility in Iowa. This position involves night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a block schedule, working every other weekend. The role requires prior experience in a critical access hospital setting to ensure optimal patient care and clinical performance.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, with a block schedule on every other weekend
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 2 years of experience in labor and delivery, experience working in critical access hospitals, educational credentials as a registered nurse (RN) with BSN preferred, located in the United States, minimum 0 years of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a birth center setting, familiarity with labor and delivery protocols and electronic fetal heart monitoring (EFM)
• Additional Information: The healthcare organization is seeking a qualified RN for a night shift role in the labor and delivery department. The position is based at a rural healthcare facility in Charles City, Iowa. Candidate must demonstrate competence in obstetric nursing and the ability to work in a critical access hospital environment.
