Job Summary
The Medical Surgical Floor (MS) Nurse position is located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This role involves providing patient care on a medical-surgical unit, with a focus on flexibility to float across different units when needed. The assignment requires compliance with specific scheduling and certification requirements, including availability for holidays and scheduled interviews.

Job Details

• Shift: Nights (12-hour shift)
• Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts
• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Massachusetts Registered Nurse license; 2 years current Medical Surgical experience; Telemetry experience required; Basic Dysrhythmia course completion; willing to float; BLS (AHA), NIHSS, ACLS (AHA); active American Heart Association certifications required at profile upload.
• Preferred Qualifications: Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred.
• Additional Information:
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle for the assignment.
  • All scheduled requests for time off (RTO) must be included in the profile at the time of submission; requests after offer may lead to rescinded offers.
  • All documentation including licensure, certifications, and references must be uploaded at profile setup.
  • Travelers must include their permanent address in the profile.
  • All eligible candidates must be willing to work every other weekend and holidays if needed.
  • The facility requires a minimum of two specific interview dates/times of availability to be added to the profile; "anytime" will not be accepted.
  • Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
