Job Summary:
Operating Room nurse located in Austell, Georgia. This position involves providing specialized perioperative care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. The role requires adaptability to support various surgical specialties, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes during operative interventions.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shift hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: All certifications are required upon hire. Must hold a valid RN license for the state of Georgia or an RN multi-state compact license; BLS certification. Completion of an accredited nursing school with requisite clinical hours. Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable; experience with direct patient care is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Ability to read, write, and speak English; strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills; capacity to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies decisively; excellent time management skills; proficiency in using technology to support clinical care; evidence-based nursing practices; strong critical thinking skills.
• Additional Information: Clinicians will float among various surgical specialties and will be able to choose their own call dates. Call requirements include 24-40 hours in a 4-week scheduling period, with call being self-assigned in a randomized order.
