Description

Job Summary
A hospice registered nurse (RN) position is available in a healthcare organization located in Plymouth, Massachusetts. This role involves providing outpatient hospice care through routine visits to patients' homes and facilities. The RN will be responsible for traveling within a specified radius to deliver compassionate care and support to hospice patients in the outpatient setting.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 32 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Massachusetts nursing license, at least 2 years of hospice care experience, and a minimum of 0 years of additional experience
  • Additional Information: Must have a BILH coversheet at the time of submission. The candidate will typically travel 30 to 50 miles daily, primarily to patient locations within nearby areas after initial travel. No local travelers will be accepted, requiring candidates to reside more than 50 miles from the facility. NM (nurse manager) will conduct interviews and offer positions. Candidates must provide available interview dates and times at the time of submission. Travelers who have worked for the healthcare provider as travel, permanent, or per diem nurses within the last six months will not be considered; applicants must have been separated from that facility for at least six months.
