Description

Job Summary:
Intermediate Care Registered Nurse (RN) Springfield, MA. This opportunity involves providing high-quality patient care within the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) at a busy healthcare facility. The role requires dedicated professionals to work night shifts, delivering compassionate and efficient nursing services to diverse patient populations.

Job Details:

Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, completed nursing education program, or equivalent, located in Massachusetts or willing to licensure eligible, with at least 1 year of clinical experience in an acute care setting
Specialty: Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Full practice scope in accordance with state and facility guidelines is expected. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
