Description
Job Description
As a registered nurse - coronary care unit (RN CCU), you will care for patients with life-threatening heart conditions. You'll often only treat one or two patients at a time to ensure they receive the best possible care and attention. You must be able to rapidly assess a patient's condition and intervene appropriately while managing various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring equipment. You'll play an essential role in providing education and emotional support for patients and their families.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
- Active RN license
