Job Summary:
House Supervisor Level 1 in Atlanta, Georgia. The RN will oversee licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and orientees. This position involves supervising staff, ensuring patient and employee safety, leading clinical assessments, and participating in the patient rehabilitation program. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day. The shift is scheduled during daytime hours with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS certification prior to first shift, ACLS certification prior to first shift (CIRH only), minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience, PCU experience, charge nurse experience, previous select experience.

• Additional Information: The RN will perform initial patient assessments within 8 hours of admission, develop individualized care plans, participate in patient education and discharge planning, and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. The role includes delegating tasks and providing supervision to ancillary staff, with opportunities for charge nurse responsibilities following orientation.
