Job Description
As a registered nurse - nurse supervisor (RN), you will supervise staff and oversee patient care. You'll encourage best practices, conduct training and evaluations, handle scheduling and coding, and focus on creating a positive patient and staff experience. Your duties will require strengths in leadership, communication, technology, organization and collaboration. You'll play an essential role in ensuring staff has the tools and resources they need to deliver safe, high-quality care.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
- Active RN license
