Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) position is available in Centralia, Washington. The role involves providing urgent and specialized care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Centralia, Washington
• Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure to practice as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, at least 2 years of experience providing care to at least 100 patients per day, with experience managing a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, current certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Additional qualifications include experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, ventilated patients care, central line care, IV sedation, trauma and emergency procedures, and working with the Epic electronic medical record system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with triage, general emergency department procedures, and high-volume patient care.
• Schedule: Nights, 36 hours minimum per week
• Additional Information: Candidates should be experienced in managing a high-volume patient census (at least 95 patients per day). No on-call or weekend coverage required.
• Submission Requirements: All requested RTO (Request for Time Off) must be included in the submittal.
• Vaccinations: COVID-19 vaccine (not required), Flu vaccine (unknown status).
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
