Job Summary:
In Iowa City, Iowa, a Medical Surgical Oncology Floor Nurse is sought to join a fast-paced, state-of-the-art Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapies Unit. This position involves providing specialized oncology care to adult patients with hematologic disorders, including leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of assignment.

• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, chemotherapy certification, minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, experience with Epic and Cerner electronic medical record systems, teaching hospital experience preferred, trauma level experience 1-2 years.
• Preferred Qualifications: Strong oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) experience.
• Additional Information: The unit is a new, highly specialized environment dedicated to blood and marrow transplants, offering opportunities for both new graduates and experienced oncology nurses.
