Description
Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse position in Denver, Colorado, specializing in telemetry. The role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing. The candidate will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, provide health teaching and counseling, and execute supporting therapy and treatment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Location: Denver, Colorado
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: ASN (Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing), current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, and 0 or more years of experience. ACLS, NRP, PALS certifications as appropriate for the unit or service are preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and previous experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Additional Information: The role may require floating to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications, and on-call availability during scheduled shifts.
