Job Summary:
This position is for an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse located in Glendale, Arizona. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for critically ill patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while collaborating with the healthcare team to meet patient needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required. Experience in the Intensive Care Unit or acute care setting for at least one year within the past 12 months is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. Professional certification in critical care or related areas is also preferred.
• Additional Information: The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, the ability to respond quickly to patient needs, and demonstrate proficiency in critical care nursing protocols. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively and use proper body mechanics.
