Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) nurse for a facility located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This position involves providing patient care in a unit with a patient ratio typically around 1:6, with the flexibility to float to other Medical Surgical units as needed. Candidates must be adaptable, with a focus on delivering high-quality care during a night shift schedule.

Job Details:

• Position: Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE)
• Location: Pittsfield, Massachusetts
• Start Date: 08/31/2026
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of current Medical Surgical experience
  • Telemetry experience required
  • Willingness to float to other Medical Surgical units
  • Basic Dysrhythmia course completion (strongly required)
  • Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred
  • Active American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications in hand at profile upload
  • Massachusetts RN license, uploaded with profile
  • Current understanding of pertinent skills in Medical Surgical care within the past year
  • Must have own vehicle for transportation
  • Perm address must be included in profile
  • All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission; requests after offer may be rescinded.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Meditech Expanse system is highly preferred
• Additional Information:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing is required.
  • The unit size varies from 20 to 34 beds depending on the unit.
  • Personal scrubs of any color are acceptable dress code.
  • Holiday and overtime multipliers are 1.25.
  • Candidates should upload all required certifications and documents, including active BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and their Massachusetts RN license.
