Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Labor and Delivery (L & D) in Hanford, California. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients in the Labor and Delivery department according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day. The position offers opportunities to work night shifts, contributing to a team dedicated to patient safety and quality care.
Job Details:
- Location: Hanford, California
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in California; CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor; AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification; AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification; AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification; zero years of experience required, but acute care facility experience is preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an acute care facility.
- Additional Information: Candidates must be able to take over recovery in Labor and Delivery and assist with cesarean sections. All staff must receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment, with medical or religious exemptions considered.
