Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery (LDRP) is needed at a healthcare facility in Dickinson, North Dakota. This position involves providing patient care within the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: Dickinson, North Dakota
- Shift: 12 hours, Day/Night Rotation (7-7), plus every third weekend and holidays as needed
- Schedule: 36 hours per week, starting 06/22/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program); minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a rural hospital setting, knowledge of AWHONN guidelines for patient ratios, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Additional Information: This is a rural hospital with a distance of over one hour from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, limited services, and attributes including teamwork, provider consistency, knowledge, independence, and good communication skills are essential. Floating to MSP/ED for helping hands, mostly sitting 1:1 with patients.
