Job Summary:
The position is for an Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) at a healthcare facility located in Nashville, Tennessee. The role focuses on thoracic and vascular surgical teams, providing patient care in a high-volume, Level 1 trauma hospital. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Certifications (must be certified and have it on file at time of submission), Tennessee or compact license (must be on file at time of submission), minimum of 2 years of operating room (OR) experience, thoracic/vascular experience, prior travel experience, and a minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with varying days during the week based on unit needs, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN will work with a thoracic/vascular team and must be proficient in endovascular cases, able to scrub with scrub experience, and handle late stays as needed. The facility includes a 1000+ bed hospital with diverse case types including neuro, trauma, cardiac, transplant, robotic, hybrid procedures, and adult patient population. Candidates may float between ORs but not locations.
