Job Summary:
Operating Room Open Heart (OR OH) Specialist in San Francisco, California. This position involves providing specialized surgical nursing care in the operating room environment, supporting open-heart procedures, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols. The role requires the ability to work effectively within a dynamic surgical team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and an active license to practice as a healthcare professional; minimum of 1 year of experience in operating room or open-heart procedures; located within commuting distance of San Francisco, California.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience with open-heart surgeries and familiarity with surgical instrumentation and protocols.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The candidate will assist during surgical procedures, prepare operating rooms for surgeries, and provide perioperative patient care aligned with clinical and operational standards.
