Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) to support the facility located in Dallas, Texas. This travel position requires candidates to bring their RN license on the first day and involves working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role is ideal for qualified professionals with a minimum of two years of MICU experience and current certification as a Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

Job Details:

• Location: Dallas, TX
• Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / MICU (650)
• Shift: Nights, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active RN license in Texas; candidates with a temporary license will not be accepted; at least 2 years of MICU/MSICU experience; BLS and ACLS certifications; Meditech electronic medical record experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: CCRN certification is preferred; experience with ICU equipment including ventilators, NXStage, Arctic Sun, GE cardiac output monitor; unit-specific procedures such as central line placements, bedside thoracentesis, dialysis catheter placements, cardioversions, intubations, and other ICU procedures.
• Additional Information: Assignment duration is 13 weeks with guaranteed minimum hours of 36 per week. Floating policy applies as needed. The organization follows the company-wide attendance policies.
