Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in the facility offers a challenging and dynamic environment with a focus on complex surgical procedures. The role involves providing specialized patient care in a trauma setting, working in a Level III Trauma Operating Room. The position requires flexibility with rotating shifts and on-call responsibilities, supporting a diverse patient population that includes pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating Day/Eve shifts with a 10-hour shift length and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Massachusetts RN License, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS); 1-2 years of experience in operating room settings, with skills in basic aseptic technique, circulating independently, multispecialty competence, and experience with Mako and Davinci systems.
• Preferred Qualifications: BSN and CNOR certifications are preferred; scrub experience is preferred.
• Float: Float rotation is not required.
• Additional Information: The role involves working in a Level III Trauma OR with complex community setting. The unit manages approximately 30-40 patients daily using EPIC electronic medical records. The work schedule includes rotations to Eves (1p-11:30p), weekends, and on-call requirements, including holidays and weekday evenings. The position is scheduled to start on 09/06/2026 and conclude on 12/05/2026.
