Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) RN position in Everett, Washington. This role involves providing care in a Level II Trauma Center within a busy emergency department. Candidates must be prepared to work 12-hour day shifts, and are required to bring their licensure on the first day. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; first-timers with at least 2 years of experience are accepted. Travel experience is necessary.

Job Details:

• Location: Everett, Washington
• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Washington RN license or Compact RN license, 2+ years of emergency department experience, BCLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) or TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale) certification, EPIC charting experience, and travel experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing arterial lines, BiPAP/CPAP, blood products, ventilated patients, central lines, procedural sedation, neuro-trauma, ortho trauma, STEMI and stroke certification, and ability to float within hospital or to sister hospitals
• Additional Information: Candidates may be asked to float within the hospital or nearby facilities. The department handles high acuity cases including stroke, STEMI, trauma, critically ill, and behavioral health needs. Must include all RTO requests at the time of submittal and provide two references covering at least one year (six months for CNAs). No COVID-19 vaccination required; influenza vaccine status is unknown.
