Job Summary:
The Med/Surg Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Clarksville, Tennessee. This role involves providing patient care on a medical-surgical unit and floating within multiple units as needed. The candidate must have the required experience and licenses, and be available to work night shifts. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Clarksville, Tennessee
• Specialty: Medical Surgical Floor (MS)
• Shift Time: Nights (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
• Schedule: 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Tennessee license or compact license, a minimum of 2 years of experience, prior travel experience, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and experience with Cerner electronic medical record system
• Floating: Float rotation is required, with the possibility of floating within multiple Med/Surg units and to Emergency Room as needed
• Additional Information: Orientation dates are scheduled for June and July 2026; scrubs navy; patient population of 18+; general Med/Surg; the unit determines the schedule; interviews conducted by the manager and offers made after interview
