Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) is sought for a facility located in Washington, D.C. This position involves night shifts on a department with a focus on patient care, assessment, and documentation. The role requires providing age-appropriate care that meets regulatory standards and supports patient needs across the lifespan.

Job Details:

• Location: Washington, D.C.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of District of Columbia
  • BSN degree (highly desired)
  • Med/Surg Telemetry experience2 years preferred
  • Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system experiencerequired
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certificationrequired
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certificationrequired
  • Clinical experience in a healthcare settingminimum of 2 years, applicable to the specialty
  • Willingness to relocate at least 50 miles from the current residence to the facility
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • BSN degreehighly desired
  • Experience in a similar department setting
• Additional Information:
  • Must have current RN licensure in the District of Columbia
  • The role involves delivering competent and compassionate patient care, performing initial and ongoing assessments, and completing admission assessments as per facility policy
