Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Position: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
• Location: Iron Mountain, Michigan
• Specialty: Labor and Delivery Department
• Shift: B shift from 7 pm to 7 am; rotating holidays and weekends; block scheduling preferred
• Schedule: rotating shift; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Certifications: BLS (AHA), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery or related area; experience in nursery preferred
• Requirements:
  • Unit type: LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
  • Skills: Labor, postpartum, nursery experience; ability to titrate Pitocin compatible with unit needs
  • Equipment: Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) System OBIX
  • License to submit required
• Additional Information: Facility allows own scrubs or supply provided; orientation includes 2 days; no float requirement; no call or standby required; client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks; charting system not specified; no trauma level or specific care setting noted; no scrub color restrictions.
